Cabbagetown Romp and Stomp 5K

It's time for the 4th annual Romp and Stomp 5-K in Cabbagetown USA (conveniently located in Atlanta, Ga.). The 5-K kicks off the equally popular Chomp and Stomp Chili and Bluegrass Festival. This is the 4th year for the 5-K and we've grown each year. Flat, fast course great for first timers or PR's. Walkers, joggers, strollers welcomed. Awesome, long sleeved T-shirt to all participants. Free chili to all race participants at the festival later that day -- a $5 value and no waiting in line.

This race caps at 1,000 runners.

For those that already know they want to run, go straight to Active.com and sign up here. There is a flyer attached to this e-mail as well. Check it out to get an idea of the T-shirt, brought to us again by a top-notch graphic designer, Mark Kirby of Mark Kirby Creative. Feel free to print and mail in with the $25 check. You can also register at any of four Big Peach locations - Kennesaw, Atlanta, Marietta, Decatur - and receive your race number! www.bigpeachrunning.com.
