Wednesday Night Runs

Every Wednesday night, at 7pm, from One Step at a Time in Oakhurst
All runs start from One Step at a Time, 650-B East Lake Dr in Decatur, GA.
Starts at 7:00pm
5 mile routes
7:00 to 9:30 minute per mile pace (regardless of speed, all are welcome; we have maps of the route)
