Local races this weekend, in and around Decatur, if you are not running in it, just be aware of traffic on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
On Saturday:
"OHighlands" Jig & Jog St. Patrick's Day Run in the Highlands, unfortunately the race is full but cheering is not.
Silver Comet 10K in Mableton is a fast and flat Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.
Jog for A Cause 5K/10K/Mile in Alpharetta, another PRRQ.
4th Annual ShamROCK and Run 5K/10K and 1 Mile Fun Run in Newnan, a PRRQ.
Also on Saturday in is the City Solve Urban Race; think of it as running trivia, trivia on the run, Jeopardy with running shoes.
On Sunday:
Shamrock 'N Roll 5K/10K in Atlantic Station, a PRRQ.
Hunger Walk/Run 5K at Turner Field.
